JOBS IN KENYA- National Land Commission-Government of Kenya
Job descriptions:
An officer at this level will report to the Human Resource and Administration Officer at the County level.
Specific Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
  • Sorting, opening ,filing, minuting and distribution of mail;
  • Dispatching of mails; and
  • Guiding on files disposal.
Job Specifications:
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:
(i) Be in possession of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- or its approved equivalent;
(ii) Have worked in a medium sized Registry for at least three (3) years;
(iii) Be a person of integrity;
(iv) Have effective interpersonal and communication skills;
(v) Be a team player with ability to multi-task; and
(vi) Be proficient in Computer Applications.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ALL APPLICANTS:
On application all applicants are required to submit, copies of National Identity Card or Passport, Academic and Professional Certificates, Clearance Certificates from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Credit Reference Bureau, Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and the relevant professional bodies.
